About Us

Gantley's Pub is located only a 5 minute drive from the centre of Queenstown and 1 minute from the bottom of Coronet Ski Field.  This historic stone building is Queenstown's oldest hospitality business and was built in 1865 by Patrick Gantley to provide food, drink and lodgings in the gold rush era.

In summer Gantley's offers a large, grassy beer garden and in winter it is the perfect place to visit for Après ski

Our opening hours are currently:


Monday to Sunday 9am - 10pm

We are currently open daily from 9am for coffee, fresh baking and hot filled rolls. On weekends we offer a full breakfast menu

At 12pm we switch over to our full menu which runs until evening

We are dog friendly as long as they are on a lead

 

 

The Nook

Our little Nook is the perfect area for a small gathering by the wood burner. Holding 18 guests seated and 20 standing it is great for work social functions, baby showers and just a place to catch up with friends.

Dining Room

This is our largest room in the building, with a high wooden beam ceiling, open fire and private entrance this space is both beautiful and versatile. A capacity of 50 guests seated or 60 standing it can be utilised for dinners, parties and conferences!

Breakfast Room

The newest addition Gantley's Tavern, offering a plethora of sunlight making it the perfect place for a group brunch or lunch for groups up to 30 seated or 40 standing. High wooden beam ceilings have been incorporated in to this space as well to give it a true Gantley's Tavern feel.
